Kalfresh – Local Queensland Growers

Kalfresh is run by the Hinrichsen family and they are one of the bigger local Queensland growers that we are lucky to be working with; they grow Carrots along with Onions, Pumpkin and Beans. Their passion for produce goes all the way down to the soil that they are grown in – it is a living, breathing organism and is imperative for producing the great sweet carrots that we get through winter and spring in South East Queensland. Kalfresh were the first growers in the district to use hydro-cooling and these days they are still market leaders; by investing in state of the art equipment, to make sure that the product gets to you in premium condition. Our growers go to great lengths to produce a great quality product and we hope that you enjoy it!
